There are no cancellations, refunds, or credits once your booking has been processed, your place is booked for the full term. In the event of an unexpected absence (sickness/injury with a medical certificate or other significant misadventure), provide an explanation of all relevant documents to Young Hoopers at info@45.32.191.65 and we will assess the situation and make a refund if they determine it is appropriate. In the event of a missed class, a make-up class may be possible, however, the option is only possible if a) there is space available in another class and b) notice has been given to Young Hoopers (either via email or WeChat) and Young Hoopers have approved attendance at the make-up class. A maximum of two make-up classes are permitted per term and only if the aforementioned criteria are met. Permanent transfers to other classes may be permitted if notice is given (minimum 48 hours) and there is availability on the required class.
If your child loses something during class or holiday camp, then you can contact us (Young Hoopers) or your centre (venue the class was held at) to see if a coach or venue staff have picked up the item. However, neither Young Hoopers nor our venues take any responsibility for lost property or stolen items. Any items brought to our sessions are the responsibility of the party that brings the item.
During Young Hoopers classes, photographs or videos capturing images of children and/or parents/guardians may be taken for the purposes of internal and external communications, which may include but not limited to advertising and marketing, email marketing, posting on the Young Hoopers official social media account(s) including Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and Young Hoopers website at Young Hoopers sole discretion. Parents/ Guardians are required to inform Young Hoopers of any allergies, medical conditions or behavioural issues their child has when enrolling. Parents/ guardians must email info@45.32.191.65 and explain known triggers, symptoms and management strategies to help staff recognise, prevent and treat the condition/allergy. In the event of unforeseen incidents or illness, Young Hoopers is authorised to obtain medical assistance required and parents/guardians are responsible for any expenses attached hereto (as agreed in T&Cs before enrollment).
- We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or credits for change of mind once the booking has been processed. If parents/guardians are unsure if their child fits the class, we recommend completing a free trial prior to booking to ensure that the class is a good fit for their child.
- Once the booking for term is finalised, the child/student’s place is booked for the full-term and cannot be changed barring clear extenuating circumstances that occur after booking.
- If a child/student misses a class due to illness or urgent circumstances, parents/guardians could submit a make up class request here.
- Please note that make up classes are a generous policy and there are a large number of location options for make up classes. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to arrange the attendance of the make up class within their child’s schedule, and we do not provide a refund if parents/guardians elect not to find a makeup class that their child can attend
- Similarly, one off events (performances, school events, birthdays) are not eligible for refund, but parents/guardians could submit a makeup class request in this situation as well.
- In cases of unexpected significant schedule changes after booking, or a significant injury/illness that result in the child/student being unable to attend their class for a prolonged period, parents/guardians could submit the relevant paperwork to info@younghoopers.com.au and our team will assess the eligibility of the refund request.
- Prior to enrollment, if parents/guardians are aware that their child will not be able to attend the full term but proceed to book them in to secure a place. This situation is not a change in circumstances and it is not eligible for a refund i.e parents/guardians cannot book a place for their child knowing they cannot attend the full term and then submit a refund request because they are claiming the spot and potentially blocking another child/student from enrolling and must pay the revenant fee.
- If parents/guardians know their child will miss a few weeks at the start or end of term but would like to enroll them, please email info@younghoopers.com.au, and our team can manually book the child/student in our system for the parent/guardians’ preferred number of weeks and then send an invoice for payment of enrollment. Please note we will process these requests one day prior to the first date of a given class, if the class sells out prior to that date, parents/guardians will have to select another class or elect not to attend this term.
- Our make up class and refund policy is extremely generous compared to similar providers I.e. Little Kickers, Soccajoeys, etc and are clearly outlined. We will follow our policies as described and we expect customers to respect our administrative staff and their implementation of these policies.
- We are happy to work with customers to find suitable make up class options and support customers with unexpected changes in circumstances within reason. However, these policies are final, and in the event of negative customer conduct towards our staff or sustained arguments against our policies. We will reject any related requests and reserve the right to not enroll those involved in future classes.
In the event of an unexpected absence (sickness/injury with a medical certificate or other significant misadventure), parents/ guardians may provide an explanation of all relevant documents to Young Hoopers at info@45.32.191.65 and we (Young Hoopers) will assess the situation and make a refund if we determine it is appropriate.
Permanent transfers to other classes may be permitted if notice is given either via email or WeChat (minimum 48 hours before class starts) and there is availability on required class.
Young Hoopers do not tolerate any form of disruptive or inappropriate behaviour by class participants or parents. If a participant displays inappropriate behaviour, staff will warn the participant by speaking to them about the rules and positively reinforce alternative behaviour. If no improvement is seen, the participant will be given time-out. If a participant physically harms another child, parent/guardian or staff, time-out will be given, and the parents/guardians contacted. For other serious or prolonged incidents, the participant’s parents/guardians will be contacted, and the child may be removed from Young Hoopers programs. Parental behaviour issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and conduct detrimental to the program may result in no longer being able to attend sessions (the parent/guardian that perpetrated only, their child may still attend) or complete removal from the program.
